A: Absolutely! This is one of our specialties. Once we set up an initial meeting, we generally work on this virtually to save the client time and money. Call us today and we can arrange a meeting to determine their needs, as well as a schedule to suit their needs.

Q: What areas do you serve?

A: We serve all of Southeastern Florida – Miami-Dade, Broward, Southern Palm Beach, and Monroe Counties in person. We serve the rest of the country virtually. We can arrange to travel for your organizing needs, however.

Q: I am very disorganized. How soon can you help me?

A: Call today. We should be able to schedule an appointment at your convenience – usually within a week.

Q: How much do you charge for your services?

A: That depends on what you need. Please call us to determine your needs.

Your Personal Manager now accepts MasterCard and Visa for your convenience.

Q: What types of concierge services do you provide?

A: All types! From dinner reservations to theater tickets – we will even handle gift buying and run errands that you cannot get to. Anything else, just give us a call or send us an email.

Q. Can you do all the travel bookings that a regular travel agent can do?

A: We are a “regular” travel agent. We work through Inteletravel. In fact, Stephanie is a certified Expert Plus specialist with Royal Caribbean and a Certified Ski Specialist with Vail Resorts. From hotels to honeymoons, we can take care of it all.

Q: Can Your Personal Manager help me with my taxes?

A: Your Personal Manager is not an accounting or income tax service. We can help you organize the information necessary for you to give to your accountant. We also work very closely with an accountant and  are happy to recommend Alan M. Goldberg, CPA, (305)932-8617 for your accounting needs.

Q: I am concerned about giving Your Personal Manager my bank information – what do you do to protect my privacy?

A: We are also concerned about your privacy. Your Personal Manager will provide you with a confidentiality agreement when you sign up for services. Rest assured, all of your information will be kept secure and only used for the purpose of providing you service.
